Production
Without the Production Team working tirelessly in the background, this year's TEDxUKM wouldn't be possible. For the past month, the team had scoured the internet to find the best suitable virtual platform to host the event, set up the ticketing system and search for possible collaborators in the hope that our audience will enjoy the best experience on 21st August 2021.
Chua Seong Wooi a.k.a Bruce is a third year Electronic Engineering student taking Telecommunications as his elective subject in UKM. His native place is Taiping, Perak which is better known as the Raintown has a verdant lake garden and thus making this place the third sustainable city in the world. Being a big fan of the real life iron man: Elon Musk (founder of Tesla and SpaceX), Bruce always believes that it is possible for ordinary people to choose to be EXTRAORDINARY, hoping himself to have powerful visions and goals like Elon Musk.

Liew Pui San is a member from the TEDxUKM Production Team. She is also currently a third-year student in the degree of electronic engineering. The city center of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur is where she was born and grown up, and she would like to explore to more places in the future. K-pop is not her cup of tea but Blackpink songs become her energy bar when she needs to stay focus while doing work. Reading is her pastime and her favourite genre is self-motivation. She always see technology as an endless possibilities as technology is evolving from time to time.

Eve Hong who has a joking character has no idea how she will one day be a law student. Fortunately, she then realized that she falls in love with the legal industry unconsciously. When she is stress and free, she immerses herself in the world of baking. She converts her baking passion into her part-time job (FB: Hong Home), for the sake of making some extra money to clear her online shopping carts. She always believes in the true meaning of “own now”, that’s why she is here. Here comes the irony fact about her: while she is a talkative person, she is terrible at introducing herself professionally. (at least she tried and spent few hours to google and came up with something).

Theedaraj Bun Chuan is a biomedical science student who believed knowledge shouldn’t specific only to the course taken. Non-specific is about not being specific to anything. Always learn new knowledge will help us in improve various skill. Really hope that one day can be a Jack-of-all-trades. May be a scientist, blogger, web creator, youtuber, business girl, traveler, investor and etc.

Justin ‘20 grew up in a small, yet amazing town called Ayer Tawar, Perak. During secondary and high school, Justin used to participated in various kind of competitions such as choral speaking, debate, public speaking and so on. He enjoyed the moment to be on stage to perform or sharing his own testimony. Aside from stage, Justin loves to hear the problems from others and observe things happened around him. This motivated him to study law and to become a lawyer that can contribute his small effort to create a better society. Justin hope to write his amazing stories during his four year of degree life. His life motto is ‘live a life that you won’t regret’. With TEDxUKM, Justin hope to build his confidence in sharing ideas to others and deliver a good message to students, family and society.
David Chuah who has a passionate hearts to explore the world wide experience from different niche. David, who’s also a sport lover and he would like try everything that brings him to a hyperactive mode. He stands in his vision and life motto, change yourself, set your way. He always believe in his ways that every piece of memories that he gain wil mould a better of his personal character. His biggest dream is to explore the world and helping the community to create a better lives for society from all walks of life.

Abby Dania Danny, or fondly known as Abby amongst her peers, is a second-year Physiotherapy student from the Faculty of Health Sciences in Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). An extroverted-introvert who was born & raised in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, or famously known as The Land Below the Wind. Abby absolutely loves thrifting which drives her to open up a small online business to share the love and enthusiasm she has for thrifting. She's not the best at making an introduction about herself, this biography is solid prove of that, but hey at least she came through with a mediocre biography. Abby is indeed ecstatic and very much looking forward to be part of the TEDxUKM Production team!
